Double Drum Magnetic Separator is used for highest purity. During the process, the material passes twice through the magnet. It is used to recover metal having commercial value, purity of end products and protection of processing plant & machinery. As through the stationery magnetic field, the revolving shell carries the iron particles, the non-magnetic material freely falls from the shell. Moreover, beyond divider and out of magnetic field, ferrous particles are firmly held until carried. Permanent magnetic drum has greater strength than corresponding electromagnetic Drum. During normal use, the strength of the permanent magnets does not diminish and can be used for long duration. In order to separate tramp iron from non magnetic material processed in bulk quantity, this separator proves useful. High power permanent Magnetic plate is provided at material outlet which ensures almost 99% separations on tramp iron. It catches the material from conveyor and discharges as distinct and cleans the material. Field intensity is adjustable for selective recovery. These are available with totally enclosed design to avoid dusting and pollution.

Ball mill is successfully used for polishing, crushing, grinding & mixing of various type of products, Separated iron particles from magnetic separator is not 100% pure metal because few sand particles are till attached with iron particles due to rusted material. But you will get 95 to 100% pure metal from the waste product of steel furnace. As the material from magnetic separator fed through the ball mill drum, heavy duty balls inside the drum crushes the iron particles & the sand particles attached with iron particles become separated & came out through the holes on the outer shell of the ball mill drum & the pure iron will be left inside the drum.

It works with less energy but produces high superiority product. The structure is divided into integral type and self-supporting type. Advantages of the machine are lower investment, energy saving, structure novelty and easy and safe to operate, stable and reliable performance etc. It is suitable for mixing and milling of general and special materials.
