Vibratory Furnace Charger
Vibratory Furnace Charger consists of a vibrating feeder
mounted on a moving trolley with a storage hopper mounted above the feeder.
Material is loaded into storage hopper with help of either magnet or by
conveyor. The furnace hood is arranged in such a way that it can be fitted for
charging pouring. The furnace charger is placed on forged wheel to facilitate
to and fro operation with help of geared motor on ground railing system. Once
it is brought centre of feeding points vibratory motors starts in operation
which will help to discharge material.Vibrating Furnace Charging Units are
effective in reducing the chances of hazards to furnace operators faced in
foundries or melting shops. With this safe automation system, the foundry men
can work from a safe distance and prevent the damage arising out of molten
metal splash. In addition to providing rapid and quick charging of the furnace,
it also avoids the damage to furnace lining.

Electro Magnetic Vibratory Feeder
Electro Magnetic Vibratory Feeder is generally used below the storage Hopper/Chute to regulate the flow of material to other equipments in the process to avoid choking. Electromagnetic vibrating feeders are equipped with electromagnetic drives which generate vibrations required for conveying of material. The electromagnetic drives are robust in construction with very high reliability factor. Vibratory Feeder are ideally suitable for controlling the
flow of bulk Materials to secondary processing operation. These are welded
construction, which transmits vibrations without fatigue. They are built for
continuous operation. Each vibro feeder utilizes the forces set up by two
synchronized, counter-rotating, heavy-duty, unbalanced Vibratory Motors, which
are firmly fixed to the Feeder trough, in a specific angle to the feeding
level. Feeders with unbalanced drives, vibrate freely on a support spring which
is insulated against vibration transmission to base frame. This result in a
straight line, push-pull, linear, oscillating motion. The fact that the motors
are synchronized and in balance with one another, eliminate the isolation problems
normally associated with simple brute force single eccentric drives systems.

Cable Reeling Drum
Our design of Cable Reeling drum is totally enclosed spring loaded/ sprocket type cable reeling drum fabricated to mild steel mounted on ball bearing, incorporating three slip-rings, triple brush holders, suitable for 230V DC. These are used for both AC and DC applications. It has automatic rewind features which provide an extremely simple way of supplying power to magnets through EOT Cranes or Hoists. These reels are extremely simple to mount and can be mounted on the structure with the help of supporting flange / brackets.
